Taric Counters?

Morg, vayne, janna, karma is decent. He doesn't do well vs true dmg, or heavy kite. Sivir is fine if you want a defensive adc pick as the stun is his only damaging ability.

Lucian as an adc definitely doesn't seem to have a problem dodging his dazzle with a dash (alliteration intended).

Given his Armor passive, I would say a mix damage ADC like Corki or Kog'maw.

both do really effective against him. Others that could work pretty well are supports with low cooldown. Taric has a static cooldown of 15 seconds on each of his regular spells. If you manage to bait his stun out. He has nothing left to use.

But that are not the only ones that are effective against him. Both as would do decent against him. Both are heavy cooldown reduction based and will eventually outscale taric while in the early game they still have access to a lot more spell rotations.

In the case of marksmen it really depends on what adc you are fighting and what support your ally will be using. Their isn't really a solid answer to this. I guess could work verry well since she can shield his only form of cc. Other that would worry verry well against him are mixed damage marksmen like since one of taric main weaknesses are still poke & magic damage. Than you have marksmen that outrange his stun like . One of the reason why you won't match these together in your botlane.
