Deep Terror Nami2 votesDoesn't seem legit. Post your reform card? You don't get punished just because people reported you, no matter how many do it. If you got an account ban then you either have a history of negative behavior and multiple prior punishments and/or were extremely toxic.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesFor punishment from the Instant Feedback system you will be presented with a reform card upon logging into the client. This should also be emailed to you. For punishment due to chat offenses, the reform card will include chat logs for 1-3 games from your case.
If you need more information about your punishment, submit a Support Ticket.
