Elementalist Lux asks "As a frequent shopper, shouldn't I get a discount?", and that got me thinking about whether or not Riot could ever include that as a gameplay element for a future Champion. It'd probably only be fair on a Support or on a Champion with a terrible late-game, though.
But would it be an incompatible mechanic?
The Magyk1 votesit wouldnt be completely broken if it was balanced similar to tf or gp's bonus gold, they get more gold so they can get items sooner. if the cost reduction was on par to what they could earn in the same amount of time i could see it working.

That way they have a spike near the late game, but are never really the most dominant champion (you know since they always have the most items)
