If she hits she should mark, it's beyond retardation that she can't mark people because they have virgin shields 24 hours a fucking day.

Sire Hippington1 votesIt's not just reksai, damage dealt to shields in general does not count as damage dealt to the champion, which is utter bullshit imo. it denys assists, can even cause executes, means shields can save recalls, preserve out of combat mechanics and so on. It's just so much hidden power going to shields because of that. If i help burning through a big shield i damn well assisted in that kill, but nope, if you don't hit the hp bar you apparently don't contribute to anything.
