A replay program doesn't make them any money. So it's not that they are incapable of adding it, just that they would rather make money. Maybe if the replay option cost you 100RP at the end of the match then they might do it XD

They had one on PBE for a long time but it didn't get any work or do really well so it was removed and they moved on.

I wonder what is the real reason ,that they refuse to create a replay program :/ i dont think it is that hard.

They've made it sound like the issue is making it work with older patches of the game, as it would probably require a change in how patches were made and applied, taking up more and more disk space each patch.

If you're looking for a nice, simple replay system, use replay.gg

How do i register?

Do what it says. Rename one of your rune pages to "Replay.GG", then search for yourself.
