The Deckowner2 votesThe Cassio nerf is actually decent, makes it so she can't start E lv1 and just corruption pot spam people out of lane, and the nerf is negated when she lands Q or W which rewards her for landing skillshots instead of point and click statcheck spam.
The Vayne buff tho, oh boy.

The buffed damage is only for poisoned targets, which means it's not a lv1 E spam buff.

Nerfing the base mana is an indirect nerf to her lv1 E spam.
Warlord Rhinark1 votesI have never ever seen a Cassiopeia be able to kill someone at level one just with twin fang. It shouldn't deal enough damage without atleast one of her other abilities poisoning the target first.
The Deckowner1 votesIt's not the kill treat, she just forces the opponent away from the wave with E spam since it doesn't draw minion agro, vast majority of mid laners have no way of trading against her early so they are forced to sit back and be passive. This is against the idea that Cassio should have a weak early game but strobg late game.
