Karthus item 2419 item 3157 Smokescreen dive under turret? Up goes the E and use Stopwatch/Hourglass if need be. E will keep ticking away at her and as soon as the smoke goes down the turret will go after her if there are no minions. and if need be get ready to summoner 4 away.
