Clash Broke. Here's what I'm going to do.

Hi Riot,

Clash Broke for OCE. After >50k players waited for 41 minutes for the game to start (a lot of them spending RP on champions and tickets), the game crashes, kicks us out, gives us an instant loss and forces us to play clash on Saturday instead.

Unless we get a compensation for the loss we endured (we're talking RP to everyone who joined clash and got kicked out), us OCE members will be starting a class action against Riot for misleading consumers and false advertisement.

This is beyond silly to be upset about. I'm sorry but stuff happens, and it could've been a server issue.
You can't file class actions as a player.. it's literally in the TOS from what I remember. Everything is handled through arbitration I believe (again, last I read).
I'm really not trying to sound rude but are you actually serious here? "Unless we get a compensation for the loss we endured" -- You're playing a free game. This is Riot's service that you're agreeing to play for free and use for free. Any service bought and used for personal use is just that; a service to enjoy.

I totally understand you're frustrated, but it's something that can happen in any region / server issues (this was a bug when it first came out on the pbe) and not something to be this frustrated over.

Every champion is unlocked in clash. There's no need to spend RP on them.

The champions part is completely irrelevant. As long as you received the champions that you spent money on, you can't ask for that money back. The reason why you bought them doesn't change that.

It happened in EUW as well during the Clash beta. As far as I remember, they refunded everything, so I can see them doing the same now.

Btw it's amusing that the same thing happens every time Clash is out. They probably haven't figured out yet some major bugs affecting it... But after all it's their fault, they want people to playtest clash on PBE and offer you a whole 3 win XP boost for that lol
