Is ziggs passive glitched?

so I've in the past few days noticed that if i auto a turret with ziggs passive late game I do something close to 1200 damage to the turret. with that single auto. doesn't seem right. does it do bonus damage to turrets or something?

Yes the damage is doubled against enemy structures. Also if you have a lich bane that would be doing it as well

made 1/20/17 season 7 has anyone else seen Ziggs ziggs passive do more dmg (ignore fortifacation) to towers early game (within the first 5 mins of game) and towers are supposed to take decreased dmg V6.15: Outer turrets SHARED LOCAL GOLD 300 gold ⇒ 250 gold HEALTH 3300 ⇒ 3500 FORTIFICATION DURATION 7 minutes ⇒ 5 minutes FORTIFICATION DAMAGE REDUCTION 35% ⇒ 50%
