Rushing BF Sword on Renekton is amazing
It's been awhile since I've played but wow. BF Sword seems broken on Renekton early game. I'm surprised I haven't tried this a lot sooner!
Just focus on farming against most any other melee (I take two AS quints to make last-hitting at level 1 a lot more comfortable). Push hard, learn Slice and Dice at level 2 so you're relatively unphased from most ganks, then recall at 1350g and level 6 and buy a health pot and a BF Sword. Now his damage trumps whatever armor his opponent has and the Rage from his ult gives him a silly amount of burst and sustain!
BF doesn't build into anything useful for Renekton but it seems to me, in a big way, like the best level 6 purchase for Renekton regardless of runes and masteries provided he isn't laning against Teemo. I treat it like a second Doran's Blade until lategame. Even his level 1 Slice and Dice starts to hurt. So far it's worked like a charm every ranked game.
If this sounds at all crazy to you I highly suggest trying it out. It really doesn't matter what keystone you run, I run CotC on him usually so he can dive in teamfights. The new Warlord's Bloodlust might be worth trying out with this as well.
