Why are you buffing garen?
Just a honest concern and question, he doesnt need it. IF anything he needs nerfs..

He does need it. And those are quality of life changes that he also needs like getting rid of the villain mechanic.

Haha he is shit seriously they killed his ult so bad they had to buff his stats , in teamfight i can hardly think of a worst tank champ with his only mobility being his q to engage as a tank, his push sucks, his 1v1 is awfull when the oponent is not the villain and when he is, he is often too fed to be killed.
Being scared of garen means you dont fcking grasp anything of the game, he is so easy to counter that faker bans him to have some challenge. Play garen and you ll understand how painfull it is to see anyone just walk away from you
Garen is statistically the worst champ in league of legends from a proplay standpoint. Since the LCS/Worlds origin year (Season 3 I believe) he's been picked FOUR times, and has lost every single match. It wasn't until August 8th of this year that Garen got a win in LCS. He is the only champion to have gone so long with no win.
