Is it really that hard to not get steamrolled in your lane. I've lost more games because my top laners have been trash than the other 2 combined by a large margin.

Its really sad.

Speak for yourself. I tend to dominate top lane then lose because bot lane fed to shit for ten minutes.

Agreed. Bot lane tends to be more of a problem than top lane.

This is beacause 90% of lethality abusers are bot lane XD. Basically the bot lane is a snowball lane due to ADCs using lethality so if any lane is gonna feed out their ass its gonna be that one.

Its been this way since waaaay before the lethality changes. Part of it is inexperienced autofilled supports vs support mains i think. the other part is duo bot lanes vs solo queued bot lanes. I think general champion mismatches and skill mismatches are a much smaller contributor than people would tend to believe.

Interesting fact I just looked up...gold value for 1 point of lethality is estimated to be 22.5 on the league wiki gold efficiency page. Cloth armor, which can be purchased for 300 gold negates 337 gold worth of lethality. In addition, it can be sold later for 210 gold. Might be interesting to see adcs sit on a cloth armor in lane phase to balance out the effect of lethality on the lane.
