Yeah yeah, PBE is never final and things always change. But if there first mind set, to nerf Nidalee was to make her traps worthless; that worries me. Lol

I hate these changes.

First of all: They basically removed her traps. Before they were one of the hardest to utilize abilities in the game, and probably the only ability in the game that is literally worthless if not utilized properly, and now they are literally useless for anything besides vision, which even then is situational at best.

Secondly... are they trying to shove her into a lane?

She has been repeatedly nerfed because her spears and execute are too strong, and now they are buffing the damage on both. However, they are removing how fluidly she can switch between her cougar/human forms (you know, her entire thematic), making it much harder to actually use her hunt procs. I see (if these changes go through), Nidalee becoming a mid/top artillery mage with an all in option.

In any case, I hate these changes and hope they are reverted immediately.

Honestly, i don't see her becomeing a sololaner, atleast not for long. Without the reset on pounce vs hunted targets, her cougar becomes rather usless in most matchups unless it's for the finishing blow, so she's only releveant when her spear+execute is powerfull enough to kill most opponents after the first or atleast second spear lands, and if that is the case she will just be back to her toxic old self from befor the rework.

Yeah I don't really get what her traps are supposed to be used for now. They do no damage and don't enable her to do any damage...???

Not sure why they couldn't fit in massive trap damage buffs to the changes considering how much else they touched. They're gonna be one of the worst abilities in the game now if they weren't before.

not only that, but also completely kill her hit n run trades as cougar, makeing her a pure spear/heal bot till she is 100% save to execute on going in, whie cementing her as jungle only. The latest W nerfs already killed her in sololanes, but with her current kit there is still hope for the future. If those changes go through, she'll either be a toxic bitch that kills you after landing the second spear, or she'll be totally useless in lane.

There is not a single aspect on those changes that i don't dislike. I mean yes, her jungler clear gets nerfed which is great, but makeing the traps rather usless in the process is the wrong way going about it.
