Senna is still being played as ADC

Despite the nerfs and what was suppose to be changes to make her go more into a support role, I still see adc sennas constantly, both in low and high elo. And it's not like they are being punished for going adc. They are still getting big and doing mad damage. Either she is intentionally meant to be this champ who does everything, or the Riot team's 200 years of experience isn't enough to stop this monstrosity.
