Think about it. He's overweight, which means he's at risk for heart disease, diabetes, and overall death. Not to mention he's a heavy drinker, so he has permanent brain damage and his liver must be extremely damaged. He is at risk for liver cancer, alcohol poisoning, and since he's an angry drunk he has increased chances for heart attacks and strokes.
