@Riot Rework Safety

I am a veteran player of 5 years. I have grown increasingly discontent with the fact that champions I have mained are getting reworked (Udyr) or have been reworked (Kayle, Poppy). I would like to know what champions Riot believes do not need reworks ever. And by reworks I mean large scale changes to the champions kit. I do not want to waste my time learning a new champion only to have them be reworked again. If you can't give a full list of champions that are safe that's fine but there are a few champions I would like to know about.

LB: They've already tried once, and another version ended up becoming Neeko. This is likely.

Kha: Nothing drastic. His evolution bonuses might get switched around again, but I don't see him getting reworked.

Xayah: Again, probably nothing drastic in her future.

a champion getting reworked means you have a head start on anyone who wasn't already a main of that champion.
