Zilean's winrate dropped from from 50-49% to 44-43% after his nerf.

I think Riot really overdid the nerf. Not just that, but it was a lazy nerf. They should have given him a new and more interesting passive that was less strong than his old. Instead they made his strong but boring passive into a weak and boring passive. Blech.
