Is it worth it to take summon arey on Nami?

I know that someone is going to suggest to just find a guide or something, but I really dislike most guides due to their lack of elaboration, along with that they usually account for only one kind of playstyle.

Okay so anyways, is arcane commet better on Nami? It's much better for poke so you probably want to take it on Janna and maybe some other supports, but generally Nami doesn't poke with abilities because of how much Mana they use. Along with that arey also gives some extra healing and sheilding power,
