New Blue Essence / IP Conversion Question.

Ok so I saw the video saying that all IP will be converted into blue essence so does that mean the blue essence you have in your loot get added to your IP? For example if you have 500 IP at the moment and 500 blue essence will you have a total of 1000 blue essence to use in either the shop or the loot section? I feel I just ended up confusing myself but they really didn't seem to specify either. Thank you in advance

No. Blue essences u have now will get multiplied by 6.5 and added to your existing IP. So if u have 500 IP and 500 BE it will be 500 +3250. U will have 3750 BE
