Azir changes on PBE

So far Azir has gotten a range increase on soldiers auto attack range. From 325 to 375. Originally the value was 400.

Other change that sites didn't pick up is base AS increase from 0.6 to 0.638.

Played with him on the PBE and i must say the difference is noticeable. HOWEVER the tower bomb nerf was too much to be honest. Early-mid game it does not worth to use it on the tower as it barely deals more damage and saving one soldier and 40 mana is much more valuable than a little more damage on the tower.Of course to finish off the tower it's usable but other than that there is not too much reason to use it. Mid-late game teamfights happen so usually it doesn't matter too much but still at that time high amount of AP make it worth to use. Its base damage AND AP ratio got hit quite hard.

Just for reminder: From 90 + (15 x level) (0.7 ability power) to 50 + (10 x level) (0.4 ability power).

Lvl6 , 50 AP: 90 + 15 x 6 + (0.7 x 50) = 180 + 35 = 215 dmg 50 + 10 x 6 + (0.4 x 50) = 110 + 20 = 130 dmg base attack damage :63 auto attack dmg to tower: 63 + 0.4 x 50 = 83 dmg

difference to original dmg : 215 - 83 = 122 dmg
difference to nerfed dmg : 130 - 83 = 47 dmg

Tower bomb dealt 122 more dmg than an auto attack. Tower bomb deals 47 more dmg than an auto attack now.

lvl12 , 100 AP: 90 + 15 x 12 + (0.7 x 100) = 340 dmg 50 + 10 x 12 + (0.4 x 100) = 210 dmg base attack daamge:80 auto attack dmg to tower: 80 + 0.4 x 100 = 120 dmg

difference to original dmg : 340 - 120 = 220 dmg difference to nerfed dmg : 210 - 120 = 90 dmg

Tower bomb dealt 220 more dmg than an auto attack. Tower bomb deals 90 more dmg than an auto attack.

These are approximate values but increased AP and lvl means even more difference. A tower bomb does not even deal twice the damage of an auto attack with the above until you reach a certain AP threshold which is somewhere after 100 AP. That's a LOT of decrease.Of course the base damage was the problem but the AP ratio got hit by a fair amount which was unnecesary in my opinion. Therefore i would like to see its power go up a little.

Anyway i think the buffs are gonna help him.The AS base increase not so much but it's still something and i'll take it.
