Xin Zhao has Diplomatic Immunity?

Good thing it's not Diplomatic Immunity, then.

This version is far more balanced. (history time for the uneducated) Poppy's old ult before her rework was Diplomatic Immunity. It was a target spell that she could attach to 1 enemy champion. While attached she could only be damaged by that champion, think Kayle's ult except 1 person can hurt her (also made her immune to tower shots and what not). Xin Zhao's new ultimate is Crescent Guard, which is an AOE version of Diplomatic Immunity. Instead of just selecting 1 person he creates a zone around himself where anyone OUTSIDE of the zone cannot hurt him. If you get INSIDE the zone then you can damage him. However, I don't know the scope of what can and cannot hurt him currently, like with Poppy she gained full immunity from all damage sources that were not her target, I don't know if Xin can be hurt by things like towers or anything else that are outside the zone.

I'd much rather someone who has played him on the PBE confirm or deny if he gets hurt by towers still instead of me spreading false information.

He doesn't have diplomatic immunity.

His shield only protects from damage and it is only within a specific outer radius. Saying this is like diplomatic immunity is like saying Unstoppable Onslaught is like Unstoppable Force.

And you can cc Xin. You can damage him once into his zone. But the cc should always work if I read it right on the rioters post.

So hey, I have a PBE account. Xin's Ult makes a large circle about the range of a Vayne. It is larger than Xin's auto-attack radius. Anyone outside that circle cannot damage Xin. Anyone inside the circle can. Towers and CC still affect him even if they come from outside the circle.
