I dont give a shit about premades. I dont give a shit about 4 to 1 man queue or the toxicity. I care about how much more players are boosted up in here compared to other seasons.

Any Bronzie that gets boosted to Diamond is going to have a very miserable experience. I recently managed, about a couple weeks ago, to get out of Bronze and Silver is a huge step up. The skill difference between Bronze and Silver can be measured in light years. Can you imagine how discouraged a Bronze player would be in a Diamond game where he wouldn't be able to do shit. I don't think they will want to play there very long.
Yes. I have had that issue while trying to climb to Diamond.
Having a boosted player is very easy to detect because you have that one idiot that is somehow in Diamond bracket on your team but has zero understanding of basic game mechanics. Removing solo queue was the worst decision Riot ever made.
