It has been a while, since riot has decided to mess with him. Such a nice change of pace to see him receiving a buff :3 Btw had a thought to further help his situation late game. Perhaps his Q can split into multiple missles for those affected by Noxian Corrosive Charge? Granted i wouldn't believe it would make him overly powerful in his current state, however it would give him some damage to add to team fights only momentarily.

Are you saying make his q hit all targets struck by e?

His q is most of his damage 0_0

yes. but only temporarily when affected by noxain corrosive charge, at max he could get a total of 3 splitting off to hit different champions. I don't think its overly powerful, and it adds to his damage late game since he lacks strong single target burst like most adc's.
