I am trying to improve my Riven gameplay and one item I have considered in my build is 
, mainly for the passive. But I don;t really see alot of Rivens build it. Does it not synergize well with her kit? i would think it would since most rives build pure damage.
Thoughts?

NeverGiveUp11 votesI play riven a lot. Sometimes I build it when we're wrecking the enemy team and I have full build. I sell boots and get trinity. I don't usually consider it as a "core item" but something that I find fun to play with as a late game item as riven. Similar to Zephyr.
I wouldn't get it as a serious item.
Only when you want to have fun.
Dracid1 votescrit, attack speed, mana and AP(obviously) are not that great on her. So zeal and sheen other than the proc are a waste on her. That leaves phage which you are better off building into a black cleaver. overall it's not that great
CrazedPorcupine1 votesHer Base AD is pretty trashy. Riot specifically made Riven's base AD low so she couldn't use TF very well. However, with Sterak's Gage, trinity MIGHT be feasible on her, but her base AD is still low enough that even with Sterak's, TF isn't worth it on Riven.

only spellblade is useful, otherwise you're wasting gold on AP and mana. Riven's passive is fine. You want to do more damage with autoattacks with items better for you? Build AD.
All good stats and a good passive, but it's better built into cleaver for armor reduction.
Very "meh" stats for Riven. 10% crit (on TF) isn't very useful on its own, and while Riven enjoys trading I'm not sure 30% attack speed (on TF) is worth this item. Hell, I'd say that BORK would be a better AS item on Riven. Movement speed is nice, tho, but I'm not sure Riven really needs that built on her.
