3 years ago: Man, Riot keeps Olaf'ing everything they touch. Their balance changes swing the game super hard and it makes it so the game's never balanced.

Now: Riot can you PLEASE CHANGE ANYTHING?

I think Riot took the criticism to heart. They've been too scared to cause any major shake ups in balancing for almost the whole season. The one major change they made, they ended up backtracking almost all of it, anyway.

Honestly, it's super fucking stale.
