Pointless Nocturne buffs
Buffing his base stats and slapping 10% attack speed onto his W don't do anything for him. Addresses absolutely zero of the issues that make Nocturne nearly unplayable and never a good pick. His kit is still dysfunctional Riot, he doesn't really even get to use the extra 10%AS you gave him.
Maybe pay attention to your game and look at what actually needs to be changed rather than just slapping extra stats onto a underperforming champion.
At this point Nocturne is just a even worse iteration of pre-rework Aatrox. (Useless stat stick champion)
Better partial rework/buff Garen though. Morons.
