What if Infinity Edge had a passive effect that makes it count as having 30% Crit Chance for the purpose of Essence Reaver's CdR passive?

The reason being that Infinity Edge is a highly expensive completed item, and the combination of the two for ER's full effect could theoretically allow AD carries that prefer both items without major AS in between to go for ER's full benefit.

And by restricting the effect to a completed Infinity Edge, one could work around the issue that the initial Essence Reaver after the Marksman Update had - its high power when immediately combined with a further 20% Crit Chance, especially if that Crit Chance was coming on a Trinity Force.
