Just A Couple Of Changes That Would Make Sense

I was just wondering, but you know how after a champion uses an ability, it is on cool down? Well, I was just wondering, but for champions like and I feel like it would be cool to show the cool downs on the champion itself.

Like, for example, when Zed uses his Q, Razor Shuriken, and after Syndra uses her ultimate, shouldn't the champion show that that ability has been used? Like, Zed takes the shurikens off of his back to throw them, but the instantly reappear after the animation is completed. And as for Syndra, after she uses her ultimate, the three balls once again begin floating around her, even before the ability is off cool down.

Keep in mind, these are the only champions that I have seen with this "issue" (not really an issue), but I'm sure there are more out there.

TL;DR Have champions' models show when an ability is off cool down, and when it's back up again.
