i cant wait to hear ppl complain about kog'maw being OP in a couple months

i should have made it a bit more sarcastic but anytime kog'maw is in a decent position, he's considered overpowered or over tuned and then receive unnecessary nerfs. he's conditionally strong right now but strong nonetheless and in a few months when certain champions fallout of favor ppl will see how strong kog'maw actually is regardless if he hasn't seen change in half a year (at that time)
