Turret plating should also have attack speed reduction.

I think turret plating served its purpose well.

But champions with high attack speed seem to be the exception as they can still shred through turret plating at an incredible problematic pace.

To fix this I suggest turrets also grant a temporary attack speed debuff to champions hitting it whenever a plate falls off.
