Is Xayah bad? If not, how to improve?
Title, I enjoy her the most, but feel she's so underwhelming as an adc. She relies so much on her E to do much damage.

You answered your own question with the "She relies on her E to do much damage"
If you'd rather not use your E to do much damage, play Ashe instead
I main her alongside Kog, Jinx and Vayne.
I think she's pretty alright. Good positioning and feather recall usage is the key to playing her. Just remember to utilize the 3 feather root as much as possible and don't be afraid to use E for poke!

Xayah is actually really strong once you get to understand how to play her! While I don't play much Xayah myself I do know that positioning is important with her, and so is utilizing your abilities correctly..
