Yeah, I expect Singed to see competitive play now. A lot of his counters are AP (Ryze, Lissandra, Vladimir). He will now be able to survive lane vs them and will be a huge annoyance in teamfights. If everything goes through, I'd place him clearly in Tier 1.

Quite well actually if you know how to use glue properly xD Cinderhulk stacks with your passive and once you start loadng your tear you will become incredibly tanky. Skill order: R>Q>W>E.

Mostly ganks go like this: Glue right into their escape path, catch up to them and throw them back right into the glue. Singed alone has barely kill potential, but the fling and slow are powerfiul tools for your laner to finish the enemy off.

MR/level (finally) Base MR increase Fling/Adhesive combo buffed to 2 seconds at max

I'm happy we might see him played more. The only champions i never want to see at the top lane is Darius and Gnar (hopefully once he will get nerfed into trash tier and my dreams comes true).
