How come Vlad can't actually sustain?
In the long run anyone that gets close to Vlad will rip him a new one. The gut busting nerf u gave him on his cooldowns has him being mowed down even at 45% cool down. I mean it's fine for WW to have huge fucking sustain, its fine for every single melee champion to have huge fucking sustain, but the one champion whose whole kit is sustain, can't sustain? Like wtf. I mean Vlad is super fuckign weak and will never be able to 2v1 unless he somehow gets lucky and doesn't get a fucking beat down on his near 0% usefulness in early game.
His early game is so weak, he basically hugs turret for dear life, or he's fucked. His kit and build allow for no reasonable level of damage. Building him properly only gives him like 200 damage, with his cooldowns weak as fuck, he can't damage enough nor sustain enough to actually win matches. Can we get him some buffs......
