He has alot of abilities to displace allies and enemies alike, but he's actually pretty balanced.
He is mostly played by mains (highest playerbase experience by far, up there with Zyra), has about 50% win rate and is pretty high skillcap. He's OP in challenger 5v5, but none of us play at that level.

He does very low damage... LOL JK I 1v1 people and win with them even as a full tank.

He's not played by people who think he's OP, otherwise his playbase experience would be low yet have a high win rate (like Mundo's or Ahri's). Instead he follows the same pattern as Zyra, Skarner, Riven, etc. of having an extremely experienced player base with a mediocre win rate.

Caytheles2 votesHe isnt op. he has alot of utility sure... but all supports have that. Maybe they should do some work on his Q hitbox cuz sometimes it goes right through a champ.. and sometimes it Curves the Bullet to make some BS hook. but other than that he is fine.

4NoxiousHours1 votesThresh has too much utility in his kit that makes so much plays. Currently I hate how his E wields so much utility, it can knock you up, HEAVILY slow you and ruin channels.
Valexfor1 votesThresh is hard man, unless you're incredibly good he will be total shit, he's got the worst tank stats in the game since he needs his passive to get some AR and if you're a bit unlucky you will have an hard time, also since his skillcap is so high and he is so easily punished, if he screws up even a little he's fucked since he's got nothing to save himself from danger (e won't save you, and ult is too much of a waste if used like that). Also, he's got less range than other ranged supp so he can't even try to poke with aa or he has to be in range of every other supp/adc. Thresh is totally fine as is, I still don't get why people complain about him, he's strong and has a lot of playmaking potential but he's actually harder than most champs. Also his e slow is only 40% at rank 5, I don't see it as such an HEAVY slow...
