Morgana buffs.... REALLY????????

I bet that's an alternative "nerf" to avoid directly nerfing Thresh by making Morgana juicier to pick.

Almost as bizarre as the Zac nerf. Almost...

It's a buff that doesn't really do anything. Morg players will generally follow W-Q-E-W-W in lane which makes this a level 7+ buff. The problem is by level 7 she will have alreay first backed and probably started her mana regen or mana item making this kind of a pointless bone to throw to Morg players still feeling the hurt of the 1/3 damage reduction on her W.

I should say: this is a buff to Morg support who maxes Q first and a non-starter for Morg mid who still needs some love since they dunked on her a few months ago.
