I Don't main him. And he's a skill heavy champ that needs a lot of practice. That's why it would be a terrible idea to buff him.

Everyone talks about him like all the "broken" stuff about him come easy. No, it's hard as shit. Sure you get shields but if you have enough mana for it, if you have enough AP, if you can get 2 runes off. They've made Ryze into a conditional champion.

That's because he's a scaling champion. He needs to get into the late game, which is exactly when he gets the mana and the AP without getting to far behind from the enemy.

In other words...you kind of need to be good at Ryze to get his broken stuff. So if they gave him some pointless buffs to make him more noob proof, then he'll be banned 100% of the time in higher elos.

Games end early now so there is no "getting to late game". I literally play Ryze like an early game champion in order to be relevant the rest of the game.

I am good at Ryze to get to the "broken stuff". However, Ryze is outclassed by nearly every non-troll midlaner. There are ways to balance the champion without making him problematic in higher elo but Riot doesn't want to invest in Ryze anymore. I honestly prefer it this way because I get to clap ass cheeks of people like you that say Ryze is OP but can't exhibit how OP he is lol

Why would you want him buffed only when conqueror is buffed? The correlation is that both are strong so why would you buff them?
