Sorcery is supposed to be a mages ruin page , but it doesn't have much for them tbh

Why is Absolute Focus in Sorcery and not Precision?
Why is Legend: Tenacity in Precision and not Resolve?
Why is Nimbus Cloak in Sorcery and not Domination? *
Domination's description is "Burst Damage and TARGET ACCESS". Nimbus Cloak to me feels like a "target access" rune.
because if it was in resolve everyone would take it.
