@Riot Jungle concerns without Krug and Gromp buff

It was said that the jungle will be retuned in Season 7, but I have some big concerns about the viability of a number of Junglers without these buffs. A LOT of junglers have been tuned around the buffs and are losing a lot of strength without them.

I personally main and if Krug buff isn't available, her early game (only reason she is even remotely viable) is going to be utter trash. I'm aware that Smite will give health but that just another nerf since everyone will be able to heal on the spot, making fighting ANY JUNGLER in the Jungle completely unviable for her now.

I also regularly Smite Gromp over the other camps later on since doesn't need raptors, and Protobelt gives health so Gromp buff is quite nice. So with BOTH of those things gone, that's a pretty substantial indirect nerf there. And it's 5x worse for actual tank champions who are losing hundreds upon hundreds of infight damage without Gromp buff.

Is just going to be dumpstered until her "maybe next year" rework or will there be retuning for her and tank champions who are clearly getting nerfed by the removal of the buffs?

Edit: don't even mind that blast cone thing being a huge, huge nerf to her as well as every melee champion without a dash, since it is going to deny many, many kills and escapes .
