Jayce buffs.....uh cool I think

Honestly I can't call myself a Jayce main but I play him a lot and love his kit design a character person. I honestly didn't think he was bad before. Yes he currently has a 2% pick rate and 46% win rate but that's more because he has a high skill cap IMO. Even when he was considered OP his win rate was still around 48% or so. I just have a bad feeling these buffs will push him over the top and make him to strong, thus getting him nerfed again.
