Im grateful for the Blood Moon RGM and all...
But why is the demon herald still modeled after the OLD herald? Is that a feature or a mistake?

They would have to make a completely new model if they were to change that. (They probably didn't have time, or thought it wasn't necessary)
Also the newer Herald's attacks and effects make it easier to solo than before. Which may not be a feature that Riot wanted in Blood moon.
