I can't decide between Vi or Katarina... both champions are amazing at certain roles. I've been saving IP for Vi, but I've been seeing quite a few Katarinas getting fed and going on an amazing streak, yet I never seem to see any Vi's. Is Katarina like the meta champion? But in the end, which one does Jungle/Ganking/DPS/Mobility the best?

Katarina tears through low elo games like they are made of paper, but Vi is better overall and in higher level play right now I think.
Katarina is free lp for the enemy team, unless it's bronze.
