Does the mastery that says "deal 2.5% bonus damage to movement impaired units" apply on the CC move itself?

For example if Im Shaco and I throw my shiv, it slows them but does it do +2.5% bonus damage?

See this really shows Riot needs to do a better job on their tooltips.

Tested with Caitlyn Jinx Vayne , works on the actual impact damage of 90 cal net, zap!, and condemn(just knockback). Jinx had the biggest damage increase due to the high ad scaling with cc, so this would be great on shaco who max's shiv as well

Oh you tested it! Thank you very much Karahlynn! I never picked that mastery ever before but now I think I will. A consistent +2.5% is more reliable then the other choice.
