Gangplank's Barrel recharge rate

I think gangplank barrels take too long to recharge. When gangplank was first released. he was a lot stronger than he is now. I think he got nerfed 3-4 times and mainly he was picked for his barrels and ult. even though his ult is more important in higher levels of play. his Barrels use to have 5 charges they were nerfed to three way back. and recently his barrel recharge rate was increased to 10 seconds at max rank per barrel. now if you ask me. thats ridiculous, late game it takes nearly 20 seconds to make an another barrel play now as gp usually your job is to waveclear and do damage however with this change you can't waveclear and have enough time to recharge before you have to fight. you're a big damage threat after all

I think reducing his barrels recharge rate from 10 seconds to 8-7 would be fantastic I mean I doubt this will change much for pro play as he isn't even meta right now.
