It's a shame it requires 2.5 seconds of her doing nothing to her target for it to work. I also imagine the mark is visible to opponents as it's applied.

its actually counter intuitive. seems good on paper, but the entire point of a perm stealth champion is t o take you by surprise... by using lust dust it just shouts "HEY IM EVELYNN AND IM GONNA GET YA" at the top of her lungs despite being invisible... it should only be used when targets are running away from you.
