Why i think adding 10 supports into the free rotation isn't going to do much.
Firstly, most support mains (such as me) ALREADY have those champions. Secondly, all it does it provide more choices for those people that couldn't get the role they wanted and had to go support.
RIto is not addressing the problem correctly. Instead of this, can't they just find a way to make playing supports more mentally rewarding?
