They did. Once upon a time where we had 250% Crit Damage or atleast 24 Lethality Runes Nowdays its a round 600-700 'meh' crit, you are much better with going only SR and full lethality after.

They made GP from a late game Champ into a cheesy early, gutted that together with his late game and now all we got is an awful mid game.

Aahahahahahahahah, give me a break. In every forum, in the LoL reddit etc people like you pop up. Yes, Sheen is strong on Gangplank, but if you don't take grasp or the enemy picks 2 armor runes, you do nothing. And every toplaner can outtrade/dive GP, every midlaner as well.

i mean if you build him armorish or spirit visage but have hp in there you can out heal them with a max cdr build probably put lethality in there too for the extra touches.

Outheal who? What are you even talking about? The W CD of GP is extremly high, even with 45% CDR, you do realize that?

i havent played him in a while. so when i face him it feels like a short time enough to duel melee champs then outsustain. i figured all cdr would push it further.

You don't duel any melee Champs until you have three Items and even then rarely. Every Toplaner beats you, every assassin beats you.
