Who designed Vel'Coz?

Title. Because he's brilliant. 2 games in and I already am in love with this champ. Any vel mains have some tips? Would be appreciated Thank u _____ desgner for this champ.

Subninja, same person who did Zac. I wouldn't say I MAIN DJ Hentai, but the most important skill you can have when playing Vel'Koz is proper use of your emote spam. It's almost at the Sion level, if you do it properly. :3

(but seriously, remember that in lane your passive is like 50% of your damage, easy. Focus on proccing it and you'll do just fine).

hes a glass cannon. never get too close unless your pulling off your combo after landing your e. if your playing against an assassin in lane such as zed, fizz, or leblanc. keep your distance and mostly focus on farming. at the same time if you see a chance to activate your passive do so as early game your passive deals huge damage due to the low health.

typically your first item should either be item 3174 or item 3165 . as he is very focus based on landing skill shots so he has to cast alot of spells so he needs mana regen item pronto. you should focus more on the first item rather than the second if the enemy laner is a mage or fizz. if its an ad user such as zed i instantly go for item 3157 .

his core items involve magic penetration as he has low ap scaling in his skills although ap still does help.

typically build for vel'koz when laning against fizz. item 3174 item 3151 item 1311 item 3135 item 3116 the last item you can pick whatever but the ones that i like are item 3157 , or item 3285 . i usually pick the latter to help with his mobility and the charges go well with his passive and thunderlords so you have alot of true damage.
