what if it did damage over time, and if targets are in the zone when it detonates take bonus dmg based on the difference between the damage they took and what it initially deals(say they on it for .90 sec and take 138+24%ap(max rank) and then it detonates, they would take an additional 92+16%ap, where as a target that was on it for .60 sec an have taken 92+16%ap when detonate takes an additional 132+24%ap)

this would allow for a good sync w/ rylai's crystal scepter

also what if targets that passed on the zone that leave the zone before it detonates are rooted proportionally for the time that they were on it, .9 secs on zone rooted for 1.2sec(max rank)
