Morgana change?
I had an idea for a Morgana change to make her a lot less annoying with her Q, but to still keep her core kit.
Obviously, everyone hates her Q. I had the idea to half it's duration, so it's still very useful, but not ridiculous.
Okay, that completely destroyed her kit, now what?
How about when her Q passes over her tormented soil, or when it hits a champion on her soil, it doubles it's duration (it's current duration) and increases the damage of her soil? Or maybe instead of it increasing the damage on her soil when hit, you just do it right out of the box so she doesn't become so reliant on 1 skill to tie her whole kit together.
If you DO make her Q increase the damage on her soil, then I'd say you should give the same treatment to her ultimate, making it increase the damage when use over her soil (or possibly increase the soil's duration when used on already bound enemies, so you could ult, then soil, then Q for super long tormenting). Maybe give it a tiny DFG for her whole team or something (5% increase damage to bound enemies? Optional, I just feel like the change would weaken her and she needs something extra.)
Depending on how weak it is, the damage bonuses from her R and Q would stack with the soil.
What do you guys think?
