You cannot avoid her ult if she understand her kit. It's typical Riot games new champ design where any "counter play" the kit has is invalidated by the rest of the kit. You can't win any fights in dragon or baron pit against this champion, which are the only fights that matter.
If you time it perfectly, you can E out of her ult after the knockback before the shockwave hits as 
. It's pretty damn close to a frame-perfect thing though so yeah, if you just spam E during the knockback you'll probably miss it.

there are so many champs that can negate her ult without flashing or even blinking. get over it now m8, stop positioning where you know you will get shat on.
Ranged AOE stun/damage on an assassin makes no sense.
